9th SEETAC Project Meeting took place in Vienna
The 9th SEETAC Project Meeting took place on June
26-27, in Vienna (Austria). The meeting was organised and hosted by
the Federal Ministry for Transport, Innovation and Technology.
Mr. Thomas Spiegel, Head of Department for International
Networks and General Transport Planning of the BMVIT, opened the
meeting and underlined the importance of the project for improving
regional cooperation in the transport sector.
The meeting dealt with the first main results provided by the
Project WPs deriving from the data collection, traffic flows in SEE
area in the existing and future situation, as well as the results
on the transport model.
The SEETAC overall outcomes and possible follow-up will be the
core of the Final Conference which will be organised by the
Slovenian Ministry of Infrastructure and Spatial Planning in
Slovenia, on August 28-29 in Bled.
